Exchange Policy
Exchange Fee : For all size exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of INR 149 will be charged which will be included in the replacement order invoice. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange. The exchange fee is charged only once in case the original order is split, and products are delivered separately.
Kindly note all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Items can be exchanged within 2-3 days of delivery only if the desired size is in stock.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- Only one time exchange is applicable.
2. How to Initiate an Exchange:
- Contact Us : Email our customer service team at support@pinakaofficial.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9259237515 within 2-3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for the exchange, and the desired size.
- Receive Exchange Authorization : Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
- Pickup for your exchange : Package your item securely for a pickup.
3. Exchange Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you about the status of your exchange and ship the new item to you.
